The 3rd Afghan – Australian Business Council Conference was help in Melbourne, Australia in late April, 2017. It was attended by H.E. Wahidullah Waissi Ambassador of Afghanistan to Australia, Economic Advisor to the President Mr. Ajmal Ahmadi travelled from Afghanistan to attend this conference, Director General of Procurement Mr. Yama Yari, Advisor to the Ministry of Finance Mr. Jawid Omar, Representatives of the Australian Parliament and the Australian Government and the Entrepreneurs from Afghanistan and Australia participated in this event. The conference was organised for two days and issues such as water management, agriculture, banking, management, carpet, financial services, private and public sector participation were discussed.
